Itinerary
Day 1 (September 16, 2026)
Planned Activities: Welcome to Paris! We check in to our 4 star hotel, our home for the next three nights. We then officially kick off our trip with a group welcome dinner.

Day 2 (September 17, 2026)
Planned Activities: We enjoy our first morning in vibrant Paris with a group breakfast, followed by a private city tour, where you see the incredible highlights of the exquisite French capital city. We then experience one of the true joys of Paris - a delicious lunch in a cafe. The afternoon gives us more history with a guided tour of the interior of Notre Dame Cathedral, only recently opened to the public since its devastating fire. After a rest break, we take to the Seine River for a dinner cruise with beautiful sites along the way.

Day 3 (September 18, 2026)
Planned Activities: After another lovely breakfast, we head to charming Montmartre for a historical art tour that ends at the Sacre Coeur Basilica, one of the best views of the city. We then head to the quaint cafes in Montmartre before you have the afternoon to yourself for a variety of add-on activities. We complete the day with a cooking class where we enjoy some French cuisine and each other's company.

Day 4 (September 19, 2026)
Planned Activities: We awake on our last day in Paris for group breakfast and check out of the hotel before heading to a private tour of the grand Louvre Museum. After enjoying a lovely lunch in Paris, our group then takes a comfortable transfer to the medieval city of Rouen, the capital of Normandy. On the way, we stop at the Giverny Monet House and Gardens to soak in some impressionist art history. We check into our hotel in Rouen. We reconvene at a delicious group dinner before turning in for the night.

Day 5 (September 20, 2026)
Planned Activities: After our breakfast, we start our day in Rouen with a tour of this beautiful gothic city. We then enjoy a relaxing lunch in one of Rouen's lovely restaurants before heading to the Joan of Arc museum for a guided tour. We then wind down with a group dinner before seeing the stunning cathedral light show.

Day 6 (September 21, 2026)
Planned Activities: Once we finish breakfast, we head off to the coastal city of Honfleur, our base for the next two nights. You are free to enjoy lunch and explore Honfleur in the afternoon. Add-on excursions are available. We have a group dinner before turning in early for our big day tomorrow.

Day 7 (September 22, 2026)
Planned Activities: We get a very early start with breakfast and a transfer to Bayeux, where we will start our WWII day tour. We visit Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc, and other key D-Day landmarks. After the tour, we return to Honfleur for the night for dinner.

Day 8 (September 23, 2026)
Planned Activities: We begin with breakfast before starting our journey back to Paris. We stop in Versailles for lunch and to see the magical gardens before arriving back in Paris. We have time to wind down at our final hotel before enjoying our goodbye dinner.

Day 9 (September 24, 2026)
Planned Activities: After our final breakfast, your pre-arranged transfers take you to the airport to return you home.
Note: If you are staying longer, we can make other arrangements for excursions or hotels as needed.

Pricing and Payment

Double (shared room) occupancy: $4,800
Single (individual room) occupancy: $5,400
- Please note that double occupancy may include a room with only one bed, but we will try to accommodate two beds if requested.
- Solo travelers may request double occupancy, and an individual bed is guaranteed. We will assess the best roommate match once the trip is confirmed and spots have filled.
- A down payment of $1,350 is due at the time of reservation.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Deposit
A down payment of $1,350 is due at the time of reservation. All remaining payments are due by June 19, 2026 (90 days pre-trip).
Spot Pending
Spots are considered pending until the minimum number of travelers is met. If the minimum number of travelers is not met, your down payment and any other payments toward this trip are refundable.
Spot Confirmed
Once the minimum number of travelers has been met, your spot is confirmed. You will receive an email to notify you of your spot confirmation. If your spot is confirmed but you cancel, your down payment is non-refundable. However, any additional payments are refundable.
90 Days Pre-Trip
If you cancel when your spot is confirmed and the trip is less than 90 days away (June 19, 2026 and later), your down payment and any other payments made are non-refundable.
